How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your desired piece and proceed to checkout. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Eloria Jewellery delivers within South Africa only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location within South Africa.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email (where applicable). If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us.
Products & Materials
Is your jewellery real sterling silver?
Yes. All Eloria pieces are crafted from premium 925 sterling silver — composed of 92.5% pure silver for durability and lasting brilliance.
Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our pieces are designed to be gentle on the skin and suitable for most sensitive skin types.
Will sterling silver tarnish?
Sterling silver may naturally develop subtle tarnishing over time due to exposure to air and moisture. This is normal and can be easily restored with a soft silver polishing cloth.
Can I wear my jewellery every day?
Yes. Our pieces are designed for everyday elegance. To preserve shine, we recommend removing jewellery before showering, swimming or applying perfumes and lotions.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except in the case of items that arrive broken or damaged upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or broken, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eloriajewelery@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Can I return earrings?
No. All sales are final. Earrings, like all our pieces, are non-returnable unless they arrive broken or damaged on delivery — in which case you must contact us within 48 hours.
How long do refunds take?
If a damaged or broken item claim is approved, a replacement or store credit will be offered at our discretion. We do not process monetary refunds.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways. Available options are displayed at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted and secure payment providers. Eloria Jewellery does not store full card details.
