Our Policy

All sales at Eloria are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except in the case of items that arrive damaged or defective upon delivery.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item
• A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Replacements are subject to stock availability and are issued at our discretion.


What Is Not Covered

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected
• Items showing signs of wear or misuse
• Items reported after the 48-hour window


Consumer Protection

This policy operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 of South Africa. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights in respect of goods that are defective or not fit for purpose.
