At Eloria, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any purchases. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Why We Have This Policy

Each Eloria piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. Because of the nature of jewellery and hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds once an order has been fulfilled.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eloriajewellery@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will assess each case individually and, where applicable, offer a replacement at our discretion.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure all order details — including size, quantity, and shipping address — are correct before completing your purchase. Eloria is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect information.

Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 in respect of goods that are defective or not fit for purpose.
