Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud
• Cancel orders due to incorrect pricing or stock errors
• Request additional verification if necessary

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.

Eloria does not store full payment card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Eloria currently delivers within South Africa only.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

Eloria is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier service disruptions
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Force majeure events

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy.

Items must be returned:

• In original condition
• Unworn
• In original packaging

Eloria reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as earrings) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

7. Product Care & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided on our Jewellery Care page.

Sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time. This is not considered a defect.

Damage caused by:

• Misuse
• Improper storage
• Exposure to chemicals

is not covered under return eligibility unless stated otherwise.
