We currently ship within South Africa only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. A tracking email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

3–5 business days via The Courier Guy. Free on orders over R1,000.

Express Shipping — R150
1–2 business days via The Courier Guy Overnight. Available on all orders.

Free Standard Shipping
Automatically applied at checkout on all orders over R1,000.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery Responsibility

Eloria is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect address information provided at checkout, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging, item, and shipping label. Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.
